Interactive Brokers market data, Nasdaq order book only, regular trading hours, daily OHLCV, Dec 2, 2024–May 30, 2025. Engagement per newswire.ca release 830688290 ($700K cash + 500,000 shares) — the campaign ran under Financial Star News, the firm named in the record; that is how white-label delivery is disclosed, and the paper mapping the role is available in diligence. The issuer's audited ad spend matches, and the issuer re-engaged five months later. Excludes off-exchange market-maker activity; foreign-listing volume never included. Figures measure correlation and timing between a campaign window and market activity, not causation; nothing rules out other, undisclosed promotional activity in the same window. Chart series shows every trading session at full resolution — the same dataset the milestone figures are drawn from.

A 30-minute call, then a customized campaign outline within 24 hours. SolarBank signed in early January — a $700,000 declared cash budget. One flat fee, simple contract.

Weekly delivery logs, monthly signed work orders, and the method policy — walk through it on the call. Targeting and media mix stay proprietary; your visibility is the money, and the money is glass.

Pricing, plainly

The number that decides fit

$250,000/month

The advertising budget these campaigns are built for. If that's your range, the rest is simple.

TERM I

One flat fee

One engagement fee covers the 3-month promotional window, extension optional. Simple, uncomplicated contract. Payable in full by credit card, or wire.

TERM II

Ad spend, separate

Wired about a week before launch, runs from our own accounts — you never build ad infrastructure. Refundable unspent, held in a segregated client funds account, CPA-attested that it was spent on your campaign.

TERM III

Never equity

Cash fees only — no shares, no options, no warrants, ever. No incentive to chase a spike over a sustained campaign.

TERM IV

Clean exits

The service commitment is non-refundable; everything else is pre-agreed — halt, pivot, or listing delay pauses the campaign and unspent funds come back. Guarantees attach to deliverables, never to price or volume.

Trust, verified

Before you wire a dollar

The uncomfortable questions, answered the way everything else on this page is — with records you can check and people you can call.

TRUST I

The work is provable

My name isn't in the press releases — the firms of record are. CPA-certified records cover four years of wires from those firms for the campaigns on this page, all run from my own ad accounts. The paper is available in diligence.

TRUST II

The principals will vouch

The owners of both firms will attest to the work directly — the relationships are healthy today. Moving from white-label to direct was a commercial decision, and they'll confirm it themselves: not a performance one. Ask them on a reference call.

TRUST III

Secure channels

Proton Mail for encrypted email, Signal for chat and calls, and Proton Meet, Google Meet, or Zoom for video — whichever your team prefers.

TRUST IV

In person first, if you prefer

Happy to travel to your office and work the finer details face-to-face before any advertising funds ever move.

TRUST V

Money on your schedule

Only the service agreement is due up front. Ad spend lands about a week ahead of the promotion, in weekly or monthly wires — and card payment is available for added security, at additional cost.

Is this you?

Where a campaign like this fits

You're raising soon, and the tape is thin.

Low volume gets priced into every financing: deeper discounts, slower closes, fewer buyers. Build the tape you negotiate from — before the round.

That's the exact window this process is built for. Campaign built pre-listing, launched at your debut.

Institutional talks stall on liquidity.

Thin volume means volatility institutional money avoids. A documented awareness campaign changes that conversation.

You're done with markup layers.

Work with the operator, not another agency stack. Same-day decisions, first-hand numbers, flat cash fees — never shares.
